Shipping Delays

APConversion Club shall not be held responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

APConversion Club is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, APConversion Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide:

• Your order number;
• A description of the issue; and
• Clear photo and/or video evidence of the defect or damage.

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement item may be provided at no additional cost.
